BAZAINE Jean

Figure majeure de la Nouvelle Ecole de PARIS . Elève des Beaux-Arts, de la Sorbonne, et de l’Académie JULIAN, BAZAINE commence à peindre et à exposer en 1924.

Dix ans plus tard, il découvre la Bretagne (Saint-Guénolé) où il aura une maison et peindra plusieurs mois par an et durant toute sa vie, la mer et la cote bretonne devenant ses sujets préférés.

Il a exposé dans les plus grandes galeries, à Paris et dans le monde entier .
